Garden Explorers – Planting Seeds of Wonder
Connect your little one with nature as we explore outdoor wonders and plant seeds they'll watch grow throughout the year.

In a world of screens, there's something irreplaceable about dirt under tiny fingernails and the wonder of watching seeds become flowers. Our Nature Walk & Garden Planting Day reconnects children with the natural world in the most hands-on way possible.
The morning begins with a guided nature walk through our sensory garden, where children use their "explorer kits" (magnifying glass, collection bag, and nature journal) to discover insects, identify leaves, and listen for bird songs. Our educators weave in lessons about ecosystems, seasons, and caring for our environment—all at a pace little legs can handle.
After our adventure, children plant their very own seedlings in our community garden beds and in take-home pots they've decorated themselves. They'll receive a growth chart to track their plant's progress, learning responsibility and patience as they nurture new life.
The event concludes with a garden picnic featuring fruits and vegetables grown by previous Kinder Heaven classes—proof that little hands can make big things grow.
Sunscreen provided; please dress children for outdoor play and send them with refillable water bottles.
