Both trained to advanced safeguarding level
Available during all operating hours
Direct liaison with local safeguarding authorities

Robust safer recruitment procedures for all staff
Enhanced DBS checks for every team member
Minimum of two staff members present at all times
Open-door policy encouraging parent observation
Regular safeguarding supervision for all practitioners

Neglect
Online safety concerns
Domestic abuse
Extremism and radicalization
Responding to Concerns
All concerns taken seriously and documented
Immediate action following established procedures

Cameras used only in communal areas, never in toilets/changing
Strict mobile phone and photography policies
Visitors signed in and supervised at all times
Children only released to authorized adults
