We welcome families from all backgrounds and communities. Our admissions process is designed to ensure a smooth transition for your child while gathering essential information to provide exceptional, personalized care.

Eligibility & Availability

Age Range

• Baby Room: 3 months - 2 years

• Toddler Room: 2 - 3 years

• Preschool Room: 3 - 5 years

Places Available

• Places allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

• Waiting list maintained for full rooms

• Priority given to siblings of current children

• Funded places available for eligible families

Registration Process

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

• Contact us via phone, email, or website

• Schedule a nursery tour at your convenience

• Receive information pack and fee schedule

Step 2: Nursery Tour

• Meet our team and see our facilities

• Ask questions about our approach and routines

• Observe children in our care

• Discuss your child's individual needs

Step 3: Registration Form

• Child's full details and medical information

• Emergency contacts (minimum of two)

• Allergies, dietary requirements, cultural needs

• Authorized collection persons

• Doctor and health visitor details

• Consent forms for outings, photographs, emergency medical treatment

Step 4: Settling-In Sessions

• Gradual introduction tailored to your child

• Typically 3-5 settling sessions over 1-2 weeks

• Parent stays with child initially

• Gradual separation as child gains confidence

• Feedback sessions to address concerns

Step 5: Contract & Payment

• Contract agreement outlining terms

• Registration fee payment (non-refundable)

• First month's fees in advance

• Funding code verification (if applicable)

• Start date confirmed

Required Documentation

• Proof of child's date of birth (birth certificate or passport)

• Proof of address (utility bill or council tax statement)

• Immunization records

• Two forms of ID for authorized collectors

• Funding eligibility code (if claiming funded hours)

Fees & Payment

Registration Fee: £50 (non-refundable, deducted from first invoice)
Payment Terms: Monthly in advance via bank transfer or childcare vouchers
Notice Period: 4 weeks' written notice for leaving or reducing hours
Late Collection: £15 per 15 minutes after 6:00pm

Funded Places

We accept:

• 15 hours universal entitlement (all 3-4 year olds)

• 30 hours extended entitlement (eligible working parents)

• 15 hours 2-year-old funding (eligible families)
